Job Title: Field Executive – Collections (Banking Process)

Location: Kapra, ECIL.
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Qualification: Minimum 10th / 12th / Any Graduation

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Field Executive – Collections to handle on-field recovery activities for banking products. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, collecting dues, and ensuring timely recovery as per bank policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned customers in the field for collection of pending dues.
Collect EMI payments for banking products such as personal loans, credit cards, two-wheeler loans, etc.
Explain outstanding amounts and payment options clearly to customers.
Ensure daily collection targets are met.
Deposit collected cash/cheques as per company process.
Update daily collection status and customer feedback to the team leader.
Follow bank guidelines and maintain professional behavior with customers.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues during visits.

Skills & Requirements:

Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of banking/collection process is an advantage.
Willingness to travel within assigned area.
Ability to handle customers politely and firmly.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Smartphone mandatory for reporting.
