Field Boy

We are looking for a Field Boy cum Assistant to join our team . This role involves helping in packing & arraging required materials from nearby markets using motor bike related to Export Factory. The role offers ₹12000 - ₹15000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

1. Field Work Responsibilities

• Local Pickup & Delivery: Collect or deliver samples, trims, documents, or goods to vendors, buyers, courier agencies, dyeing units, embroidery houses, etc.

• Bank and Office Work: Submit or collect cheques, drafts, challans, and official documents to/from banks, government departments, or other offices.

• Courier Handling: Drop off or collect couriers/documents from courier offices as per dispatch instructions.

• Market Sourcing Assistance: Assist merchandisers or purchase officers in sourcing fabric, trims, or packaging material from local markets.

• Vendor Coordination: Act as a runner between factory and vendors to collect approvals, rejections, or get urgent materials.

2. Packing Assistant Responsibilities

• Product Packing: Assist in folding, tagging, labeling, and final packing of finished goods as per buyer’s specifications.

• Packing Material Handling: Ensure correct usage of cartons, polybags, tags, and other packing materials.

• Boxing and Sealing: Prepare cartons by inserting correct quantity of packed products and sealing them securely for shipment.

• Quality Check Support: Assist quality or finishing team by segregating defective pieces or identifying packing errors.

• Stock Movement: Shift packed cartons from production area to dispatch or storage section using trolleys or manually.

• Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in the packing section and ensure orderly arrangement of materials.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
