Job Title: Field Runner
Department: Operations / Administration / Logistics (as applicable)
Reports to: Operations Manager / Field Supervisor

Job Summary

The Field Runner is responsible for providing on-ground operational support, ensuring timely completion of tasks that require physical presence outside the office. This includes handling deliveries, document collection, field coordination, and assisting teams with day-to-day requirements in the field. The role demands punctuality, reliability, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pick-up and drop-off of documents, parcels, or materials between office, clients, vendors, and government offices.

• Assist in field coordination during company events, site visits, or client meetings.

• Provide support to field staff by ensuring supplies, materials, or equipment are delivered as per requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, submissions, and collections.

• Handle urgent or ad-hoc errands as directed by management.

• Ensure company property, cash, or documents are handled responsibly and securely.

• Follow company policies, traffic rules, and safety protocols while on duty.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: High School / Diploma .

• 2–4 years of experience in a field support / operations runner role.

• Good knowledge of local routes, traffic rules, and geography.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Physically fit and willing to travel extensively.

• Valid driver’s license.
