Operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and different telecommunications technologies.
Provide accurate and compelling information about our organization s mission,

Maintains operations by following policies and methodology and functional changes.
Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
Maintain the brand s ethos and also understand and value the donors requirements.
Manage the ongoing activities records via using CRM and telecaling systems with utmost priority and achieve the designed targets.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in telemarketing, fundraising, sales or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with fundraising principles and techniques is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools.
Minimum Graduate is preferred in any stream.
