Job Description: Sales Executive – Debt Settlement (International Process)

We are looking for a Sales Executive – Debt Settlement to join our team at Galactic to handle international customer calls, provide exceptional customer support, and close sales related to debt settlement services. Location

Sector 18, Gurgaon / Noida, UP
Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international customer calls professionally and efficiently

• Pitch debt settlement solutions to customers (international clients)

• Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and manage objections

• Upsell / cross-sell services where applicable

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Meet individual and team sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for complex cases

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice sales (mandatory)

• Experience in US campaign preferred

• Strong communication skills and clear thought process

• Comfortable with a target-driven sales role

• Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate

• Age limit: Below 35 years

• Working Days: 5.5 days per week

• Transport:

  • Both-side cab within 30 km radius OR

  • Cab allowance of ₹3,000–₹4,000 (based on distance)

• Language: No restriction on mother tongue

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₹45,000 CTC

• Uncapped performance-based incentives
