Job Summary

The Client Service Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering high-quality service to meet client expectations. This role involves coordinating with clients, addressing their queries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction. 

  • Manage client inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally via email, phone, or in-person meetings. 

  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, verification, and HR) to ensure timely delivery of services. 

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service agreements, and project statuses using CRM tools. 

  • Prepare and share regular reports on client account status, service delivery, and feedback. 

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to enhance client engagement. 

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all client interactions. 

  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or a related role (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered). 

  • Skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. 

    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines. 

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

    • Problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach. 

    • Knowledge of background verification or HR services is an advantage but not a mandate.

  • Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, team player, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

  • Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (on-site). 

  • Work Hours: Standard business hours with occasional flexibility for client meetings or deadlines. 

  • Travel: Minimal, as required for client meetings within Ahmedabad.
