Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via email in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to international clients
Maintain quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction
Follow company guidelines and meet productivity targets
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months of experience in the BPO/Customer Support domain
Strong written communication skills in English
Undergraduates and graduates are both eligible to apply
Immediate joiners preferred
