The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in developing and executing effective email campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and nurture relationships for our clients across various industries in the US and Canadian markets. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive email marketing strategies for diverse clients, aligning with their specific business objectives and target audiences in the USA and Canada.

• Campaign Execution: Design, build, and launch a variety of email campaigns including newsletters, promotional emails, automated sequences (welcome, abandoned cart, nurture), re-engagement campaigns, and more.

• Content Creation: Write compelling, clear, and concise email copy that resonates with US and Canadian audiences, drives action, and reflects client brand voices.

• Audience Segmentation: Implement advanced audience segmentation strategies to ensure highly targeted and personalized email delivery.

• A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously A/B test subject lines, body copy, calls-to-action, send times, and other elements to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key email marketing metrics (e.g., deliverability, open rate, CTR, conversion rate, ROI). Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Platform Management: Proficiently use various email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact – list any specific ones you prefer).

• Compliance: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and other relevant data privacy regulations in the USA and Canada.

• Collaboration: Work closely with our SEO, PPC, social media, content, and web development teams to ensure integrated digital marketing efforts.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
