Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through email in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and response time SLAs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback for process improvement.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Excellent written English communication skills.
Strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with email platforms and CRM tools.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
Customer-focused attitude with patience and professionalism.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Preferred Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in customer support, email support, or a similar role.
Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Freshdesk is an advantage.
