Chat Support Executive – Job Description

Profile: Chat Support Executive
Location: Noida – Sector 62 & 63
Industry: E-Commerce
Experience:E-Commerce Customer Service experience is mandatory
Chat Support experience is preferred, minimum 6 months.
Salary / Monthly CTC:Freshers – ₹18,000 | Versant 5
6+ Months – ₹19,000 | Versant 4
12+ Months – ₹21,000 | Versant 4
18+ Months – ₹22,000 | Versant 4
24+ Months – ₹24,000 | Versant 5
Skills Required:Good written and spoken English
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Good problem-solving ability
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Comfortable working in a 24×7 operations environment
Working Days: 6 days working with 1 rotational week-off
Shift Timings:24×7 rotational shifts
Female candidates: 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM shifts only
Work Mode: Work From Office
