Job Description: Email & Chat Support Executive
Position: Email & Chat Support Executive
Location:
MIDC, Plot No. 1 I.T.5, Knowledge Park Road, TTC Industrial Area, Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400708 Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 (based on experience & last drawn salary)
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries exclusively via email and chat support (no voice process).
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Meet performance metrics including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and work in a rotational shift environment.
- Prior experience in customer support (email/chat) preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
