Job Description

We are a GoFrugal and Zoho Implementation Partner and are looking for candidates for implementation training and support roles.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Software implementation support

  • Online training sessions for customers

  • Handling basic customer support queries

  • Working with provided help documents and demo tools

Training Details:

  • Online training sessions will be provided

  • Training is based on candidate capability and learning progress

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (English – speaking & understanding)

  • Mic with speaker/headset for online sessions

  • Proper Wi-Fi / stable internet connection

  • Android mobile phone

  • Laptop or Desktop

  • Willingness to learn and support customers

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

  • Basic knowledge of accounting, POS, or ERP

  • Interest in software implementation & customer support
