Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through live chat and email.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain professional communication in English and Hindi.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex queries to the concerned department.
- Maintain accuracy while handling customer requests.
- Make outbound calls whenever required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Graduation mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Live Chat or Email Support.
- Languages: Good English and Hindi communication.
- SVAR Score: 50 or above.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 36 WPM with 95% accuracy.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Good written communication and problem-solving skills.
Agr 18 to 30
Working Days: 6 days a week
Week Off: 1 rotational weekly off
Salary: As per experience and client-approved budget.
Important Requirements:
- Candidates must have relevant Live Chat or Email Support experience.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Voice-process-only and telecalling-only candidates are not eligible.
- Candidates must be comfortable with outbound calls whenever required.
