Job Title: Chat Process Associate
Experience: Min. 2 Years
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month
Gender: Male/Female

Location: Science City Sola Ahmedabad

Shifts:

• Male: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Female: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Astrological Support:

• Offer accurate astrology readings via chat

• Guide clients on love, career, health, etc.

Customer Service:

• Respond to queries promptly and professionally

• Resolve issues effectively and ensure satisfaction

Communication & Records:

• Maintain chat logs and customer records

• Follow up to ensure resolution

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years’ experience in chat/customer support

• Excellent English communication skills

• Fast typing & multitasking ability

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
