Job Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Chat Executives to manage patient and
customer interactions through chat platforms. The candidate should have strong communication
skills, good typing speed, and the ability to handle queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle customer and patient queries through chat support.
● Provide accurate information regarding hospital services and appointments.
● Handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
● Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution.
● Maintain chat records and follow-up details.
● Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and response quality.
● Handle multiple chats simultaneously in a professional manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
● Good typing speed.
● Strong objection handling skills.
● Good knowledge of social media handling.
● Multitasking abilities.
● Basic computer knowledge.
Experience:
● Minimum 1 year of experience in Chat or Blended Process.
Qualification:
● Graduates preferred.
