· Respond to customer inquiries via chat (non-voice)
· Resolve issues with clear, concise, and grammatically sound written communication
· Maintain high-quality service standards with timely responses
· Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
· Flexibility to work in UK rotational shifts, (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs)
· Education: Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates
· Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
· Excellent communication skills in English
· Must not be pursuing regular education
· 2-way cab facility
Salary Details:
Freshers: ₹2.4 LPA
Experienced: Up to ₹3.4 LPA (Minimum 1Yr)
