Job Description

We are looking for a Email & Chat Support Executive to join our team at Horizon Placement Agency. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Banking. The role offers ₹22000 - ₹28500 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
