Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through chat and email professionally.

Escalate unresolved queries to the concerned team.

Achieve performance targets and maintain quality standards.

Candidate Requirements:

Qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate / Post Graduate

Typing Speed: Minimum 28 WPM

Age: Up to 32 years
