Requirements:

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 6 months to 2 years in International Voice or Non-Voice Process

Languages Required:

Mandatory Fluency in English + any Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada / Hindi

Skill Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously

Good interpersonal and customer service skills
