We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Banking Chat Process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries through live chat, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses while maintaining high service quality standards.
Handle customer queries via live chat related to banking products and services
Assist customers with account-related inquiries, transactions, and general information
Ensure compliance with banking policies, data security, and confidentiality standards
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Meet defined productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
Minimum qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (as per process requirement)
Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Basic knowledge of banking concepts preferred
Good typing speed and accuracy
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service orientation
