Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Service Associates/Chat -E-Mail Support who are passionate about delivering great user experiences and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via chat and email with accuracy and empathy.

• Troubleshoot user issues and guide on product usage/features.

• Assist with account-related tasks (registration, password resets, payments).

• Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups.

• Achieve targets for response time, CSAT, and resolution rate.

• Stay updated on internal processes and support best practices.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in customer support/service.

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

• Experience with customer service platforms (chat, email, ticketing systems).

• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.

Good to Have:

• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or digital-first customer support.

• Basic Excel and SQL knowledge.
