Candidates should have strong communication and typing skills, along with a willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Interact with potential and existing clients through chat platforms to address queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, and helpful tone during all client interactions.
• Record chat conversations and update relevant details in the system for future reference.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick and accurate resolution of client questions.
• Ensure timely responses and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Excellent written communication and fast typing skills.
• Good command of English and ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat or CRM tools.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on weekends (as per schedule).
