Email & Chat Process Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for proactive and customer-focused Chat Executive Interns to manage online interactions with potential and existing clients of DataMites. The role involves responding to inquiries, clarifying doubts, and providing accurate information about our courses and services via chat. Candidates should have strong communication and typing skills, along with a willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with potential and existing clients through chat platforms to address queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, and helpful tone during all client interactions.
• Record chat conversations and update relevant details in the system for future reference.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick and accurate resolution of client questions.
• Ensure timely responses and maintain high standards of customer service.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent written communication and fast typing skills.
• Good command of English and ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat or CRM tools.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on weekends (as per schedule).
• Positive attitude, patience, and customer-first mindset.
