Resolving the quires of the customer through Email
Drafting mail to customer.
Core Responsibilities:
Handle Calls: Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls professionally and promptly.
Customer Support: Diagnose problems, troubleshoot technical/product issues, and provide step-by-step guidance over the phone.
Documentation: Accurately update caller information and resolution notes in the CRM software during or immediately after the call.
Customer Retention: Build rapport, identify cross-selling opportunities, and manage irate customers with patience and empathy.
