Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely manner
Resolve customer issues related to products, services, billing, or accounts
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
Meet defined productivity, quality, and turnaround time metrics
Graduate
Good written English communication skills
