Shift Timings : Rotational shift

Working days : 5 days of working / 2 days of rotational week off

Transport : 2 way cab within the radius of 25kms

Understands the various computer screens and how to utilize them effectively

Interfaces with the customers, clients, vendors and escalates areas of concern to the appropriated supervisory staff

Excellent written and spoken communication, business technical writing

Computer skills

Willing to work in a contact center environment with 24/7 shifts
