The primary focus of this role is to troubleshoot customer issues related to order delays and delivery concerns, and resolve them professionally as per the training and processes provided.Key responsibilitiesHandle customer queries received via email and chat regarding order delivery delays and other delivery-related issues.​Diagnose problems, provide accurate resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience in line with campaign guidelines and training.​Maintain required productivity metrics, including average handling time (AHT) and daily login hours.​Document interactions and resolutions clearly and accurately in the relevant tools/CRM.​Adhere to process compliance, quality standards, and escalation protocols.Work schedule and employment detailsWorking hours: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST (night shift).Working days: Monday to Friday (5‑day work week).​Minimum 8 hours of active login per day, with performance measured on handling time and service quality.​Mode: Virtual/remote customer support role.​Required skills and qualificationsMinimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO/customer support process (voice, email, or chat).​Strong command of the English language with good grammatical and written communication skills.​Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions with empathy, patience, and professionalism.​Basic familiarity with e‑commerce workflows (orders, shipping, returns, refunds) is preferred.​Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow process-driven troubleshooting steps.What we are looking forCustomer-centric mindset and a calm approach to handling complaints.​Discipline to maintain consistent 8‑hour logins and meet productivity and quality targets.​Willingness to work permanent night shifts and grow in a remote customer support/virtual assistance career.
