Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents on overseas education opportunities.
Guide students in selecting suitable countries, courses and universities.
Handle student enquiries, walk-ins, calls and follow-ups.
Support students with applications and documentation.
Coordinate with admission and visa processing teams.
Maintain regular student follow-ups and CRM updates.
Work towards counselling and admission targets.
Candidate Profile:
Experience in overseas education counselling/admissions preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of international education processes.
