Counsel students (and parents, where applicable) on educational programs, career options, and study pathways.
Assist students in selecting the right course and institution based on their academic background, interests, and career aspirations.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information on colleges, universities, entrance exams, visa processes, and admission requirements.
Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one sessions on career guidance, study skills, and personal development.
Maintain student records and track progress throughout the counselling and admission process.
Liaise with educational institutions, universities, and training centers for admissions and partnership opportunities.
Keep up to date with changes in education systems, policies, and international study options.
Support marketing and outreach activities such as education fairs, webinars, and school visits.
Handle inquiries (online, phone, or in person) in a professional and timely manner.
Achieve enrolment or counselling targets as set by management.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
Proven experience (1–3 years) in academic counselling, student advisory, or admissions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
Knowledge of local and international education systems is an advantage.
