Education Counsellor

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Educational Counsellor is responsible for guiding students and aspiring healthcare professionals toward medical coding education and certification opportunities. The role includes counselling students, understanding their career goals, and helping them choose the right training programs. The counsellor plays a key part in admissions, student engagement, and supporting their journey into a medical coding career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students about medical coding courses, certifications (BMCT/AMCT/CPC/CCA), and career pathways.

• Provide accurate information regarding course structure, syllabus, duration, fees, and future job prospects.

• Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and social media leads.

• Follow up with leads regularly to achieve admission targets.

• Maintain and update student records in CRM/admission system.

• Collaborate with the training team for student onboarding and orientation processes.

• Support and motivate students throughout the course duration.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
