• Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries from students and parents
• Understand students’ educational and career goals and suggest suitable courses
• Explain course details, duration, fees, and benefits clearly and confidently
• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
• Maintain accurate student records and prepare daily reports
• Coordinate with faculty and admin for batch planning and scheduling

• Graduate (any stream); preference to candidates with education/sales background
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Comfortable with phone follow-ups and in-person counseling
