Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and parents about available courses, colleges, and career options

  • Understand student interests, academic background, and career goals

  • Explain course details such as duration, fees, eligibility, and future opportunities

  • Guide students through the admission and enrollment process

  • Help students complete application forms and submit required documents

  • Follow up with students and parents regularly (calls, messages, emails)

  • Maintain student records and update counselling details in the system

  • Handle student and parent queries politely and professionally

  • Attend education fairs, seminars, or counselling events when required

  • Provide post-admission support and ensure student satisfaction

  • Stay updated with new courses, universities, and education trends
