Job Title: Center Head Location: Gaya

Reporting To: Director / Management Type: Full-Time Role Summary: Responsible for the overall operations of the college, including administration, admissions, academics coordination, and staff management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day campus operations and administration. Lead and manage the admissions team (inquiries, counseling, conversions). Ensure coordination with university and regulatory bodies. Supervise faculty, non-teaching staff, and maintain discipline across departments. Monitor academic activities, student grievances, and ensure smooth functioning. Prepare reports and maintain records for compliance and inspection. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate with 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills. Knowledge of university processes, DRCC, and student credit card system (if applicable). Salary: As per experience Joining: Immediate
