Admission Planet Group of Education is hiring energetic and confident candidates for the post of Education Counsellor cum Telecaller.

Salary & Incentive

Fixed Salary: ₹6,000/Month

Incentive Structure

First 5 confirmed admissions → ₹500 per admission

6 to 10 confirmed admissions → ₹800 per admission

Above 10 confirmed admissions → ₹1,200 per admission

Extra ₹3,000 bonus on achieving 10 confirmed admissions in a month.

Incentive applicable only on confirmed paid admissions.

Job Responsibilities

Handle student enquiries and counselling

Call and follow up with interested students

Explain courses, fees, and admission process

Convert leads into admissions

Maintain basic follow-up records

Eligibility

Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass

Freshers & experienced both can apply

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic computer knowledge preferred
