Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls.
Process and confirm customer orders.
Follow up with customers regarding payments and order status.
Maintain customer payment records accurately.
Update and manage data in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel.
Maintain daily stock and inventory records.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for order dispatch.
Prepare daily sales and stock reports.
Ensure accurate order processing and timely customer support.
