Verify customer documents and ensure all required forms are complete and accurate.
Collect customer signatures wherever required.
Prepare document sets for submission to MSEB.
Visit the MSEB office to obtain engineer’s signature and official stamp.
Maintain proper records of all submitted and approved documents.
Coordinate with customers and MSEB staff for any corrections or follow-up.
Ensure timely completion of all verification and approval tasks.
Report daily status updates to the supervisor.
