Job Summary :

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Digital Sales Officer (Telecalling) who will be responsible for developing and managing advisors/agents through telephonic and virtual channels. The role focuses on team building, advisor activation, business generation and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and manage a productive advisor network.

- Conduct virtual training and onboarding sessions for newly recruited advisors.

- Guide advisors on business generation and client acquisition.

- Drive advisor activation, productivity and retention.

- Achieve monthly recruitment and business targets.

- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and support.

- Maintain advisor engagement and relationship management.

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.

- Contribute to overall agency growth and revenue generation.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Experience in advisor handling will be preferred.

- Strong communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable working through telephonic and online business processes.

- Target-oriented and self-driven personality
