Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) to recover outstanding dues from customers through professional communication while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Contact customers via phone to recover overdue payments.
Follow up with customers regarding pending dues and payment commitments.
Negotiate suitable repayment plans where applicable.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Achieve assigned recovery and collection targets.
Escalate unresolved or disputed cases to the Team Leader.

Eligibility

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
