We are looking for a smart and active female candidate (“customer-friendly & active”) to handle our social media and customer queries for our menswear shop. Daily work includes replying to customer messages, managing chats, and helping convert inquiries into sales.
Responsibilities:
Reply to customer queries on Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook
Handle daily messages and comments on social media posts
Communicate with customers politely and clearly
Assist in converting online inquiries into sales
Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers
Commission Structure:
Extra commission will be given on every successful sale conversion
Higher performance = higher earning potential
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred
Basic computer knowledge (typing, internet use)
Familiar with Instagram, WhatsApp & Facebook
Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Friendly and customer-handling attitude

11:30 AM to 8:30 PM (Adjustable as per shop timing)
