We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Manager from the Courier, Cargo, and Logistics Industry who can lead the CRM team effectively, ensure customer satisfaction, and streamline operational processes. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working handling CRM Department as well as must be from Logistic background, with proven expertise in handling courier and cargo operations.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.|
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and supervise the CRM Executives and team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Handle client escalations professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee and monitor shipment tracking, delivery updates, POD/LR generation, and SLA adherence.
Coordinate with operations, delivery, and sales teams for seamless client servicing.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and client retention.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, client dashboards, and performance metrics.
Train and mentor CRM executives to ensure high-quality customer service delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements.
Take ownership of departmental targets and drive the team to achieve set KPIs and SLAs.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong background in Courier, Cargo, and Logistics industry.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Manager or Supervisor in CRM/Customer Service from Logistics industry.
Excellent team management and leadership skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and escalation-handling skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
High level of accountability, responsibility, and process ownership.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferred in Business/Logistics/Operations).
Must have worked in the Courier, Cargo, or Logistics industry. (Mandatory)
Prior experience as a Manager or Supervisor in CRM is essential.
