Job Summary
Responsible for managing the Customer Support team, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining service quality, resolving customer issues, and achieving team targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and guide the Customer Support team and monitor daily performance.
Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor calls, customer handling, productivity, attendance and team KPIs.
Provide regular feedback, coaching and support to team members.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Outlets and Delivery teams for customer-related issues.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and share updates with management.
Ensure proper follow-up on customer complaints, orders and service requests.
Maintain discipline and ensure company policies and customer service standards are followed.
Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to management.
Required Skills
Good communication and leadership skills, customer handling ability, problem-solving skills, team management, basic MS Excel knowledge and a target-oriented approach.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience in Customer Support/Customer Service. Team-handling experience will be preferred
