Customer Support Team Leader

Job Summary:
Lead and manage a 15–20 member sales team, drive daily market visits, ensure accurate GPS/photo tracking, and maintain strong coordination with field staff. Monitor brand-wise reports, dealer databases, and weekly/monthly performance to maximize efficiency and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

• Track daily field visits using mobile app GPS and photo reports.

• Prepare daily brand-wise sales visit reports.

• Maintain sales person–wise dealer database.

• Monitor weekly/monthly visit records and performance.

• Coordinate with team to resolve market challenges quickly.

• Ensure strong follow-up on market visits and availability.

Requirements:

• Proven sales team leadership experience.

• Strong communication and persuasive phone skills.

• Proficiency in sales tracking applications and reporting.

• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
