Key Responsibilities:
· Have a good understanding of call centre technology to be able to identify and fix technical issues.
· Assist and support the centre staff to provide the best customer service.
· Discuss targets with the call centre manager and relay those to the team.
· As a team leader, you must ensure all team members adhere to the working protocols.
· Typically, that can be done with call monitoring and addressing performance issues, if there are any.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 5 days working week during the Rotational shift.
