Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Leader with proven experience in Experience in handling State and Central Government industrial subsidies, schemes, and related benefits. The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for overseeing the application, administration, compliance, file management and submission and reporting of subsidy-related projects. This role involves cross-functional coordination with government bodies, internal, and external partners to ensure delivery and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team handling government subsidy applications and compliance activities.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of government subsidy /grant applications with requirements and deadlines.
• Act as the primary point of contact with government agencies regarding subsidy Benefits, audits, and policy updates.
• Monitor team work, performance and ensure adherence to subsidy guidelines and reporting standards.
• Review and approve documentation and financial reports related to subsidy.
• Identify and pursue new government funding opportunities relevant to organizational goals.
• Train team members on regulatory requirements and best practices in client related management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all services legislation, policy changes, and funding opportunities etc.
Requirements
• Any Bachelor's or Post Graduation Degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years managing or working with government.
• Strong understanding of local and/or national government funding schemes, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in a similar role within a public-sector organization or NGO.
