Basic understanding of SQL/database concepts would be a plus Customer Support Handle customer-reported issues from initial investigation through resolution. Analyze support tickets, reproduce issues, identify root causes, and provide workarounds or solutions. Communicate clearly with customers regarding issue status, findings, and expected resolution. Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. 2–4 years of professional experience in JavaScript development & Support. Experience working with REST APIs and JSON. Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and modern AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs) Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration skills. Experience Level Mid Level
