About the Opportunity

Heaven Nova Talent Solutions is hiring for a Customer Support Representative to join a customer-facing support team. The role involves understanding customer concerns, providing appropriate assistance, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other support channels.

• Understand customer concerns and identify the key issue accurately.

• Coordinate with technical/support teams for issue resolution.

• Maintain proper customer records, call logs, tickets, and follow-up details.

• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers.

• Provide a professional, calm, empathetic, and customer-first experience.

• Manage multiple customer queries while maintaining service quality.

• Use CRM, helpdesk, ticketing, and documentation tools as required.

• Support the team with customer-related coordination and documentation.

• Occasionally meet clients at their workplaces when required.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Customer Support, Customer Relationship Management, Client Servicing, or Technical Support.

• Freshers may also be considered if they have a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

• Calm, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.

• Ability to understand customer issues and communicate them clearly to the relevant technical/support team.

• Experience with CRM, helpdesk, or ticketing tools will be preferred.

• Exposure to technical support, networking, or cybersecurity will be an added advantage.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

• Good listening, multitasking, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working from office in Gurugram and following a Monday–Saturday schedule.

• Willingness to occasionally meet clients at their workplaces.

• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a customer-facing support environment.
