Job Description

Customer Support Executive – Motor Insurance (PhonePe)
Process: Motor Insurance
Location: Gurgaon
Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Customer Support/BPO (Freshers are not eligible)
Working Days: 6 Days/Week
Work Mode: Work From Office

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries related to motor insurance policies.
Assist customers with policy renewals, claims, and policy-related information.
Provide excellent customer service over calls.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

Good communication skills.
Minimum 6 months of customer support/BPO experience.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.
