Job Title: Customer Support Executive (CSE) – Fresher (Female)

Location: Chaura Rasta, Jaipur

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Experience: Fresher

Gender: Female

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Leave Policy: 2 Paid Leaves per Month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and fluent English-speaking Customer Support Executive (CSE) to join our team. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a professional attitude to handle customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email

Provide accurate information about products/services

Maintain proper follow-ups with customers

Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner

Maintain records of interactions and feedback

Coordinate with internal teams when required

Required Skills:

Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing) – Mandatory
