Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Success Associates to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries and providing effective support through voice and/or written communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer queries professionally

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Follow company processes and quality standards

Document customer interactions correctly

Coordinate with internal teams when required

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation is mandatory

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (verbal and written)

Basic computer knowledge

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Salary Package (CTC)

Freshers: ₹23,000 CTC

Experienced: ₹25,000 CTC

Work Schedule

24/7 rotational shifts

6 days working, 1 weekly off

For female candidates: Day shift between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
