Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage schedules for supply chain operations. - Connecting 100-150 customers over the phone to confirm and schedule the activities - Coordinate with internal teams and WH to ensure timely supply and delivery. - Track and report daily supply chain metrics, delays, and exceptions. - Identify, report, and resolve operational issues or delays efficiently. - Maintain accurate records of schedules, adjustments, and performance. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) and Google Sheets. - Strong Verbal and Written communication skills in both English and Hindi. - Attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
