Job Description

Customer Support Associate – Voice, you will be handling inbound voice calls

• Language Proficiency: English (common), Kannada, Telugu

• Stipend: INR 15,000 – 18,000/month

• Only Freshers

• Location : Seegehalli, Krishnarajapuram, Bangalore

• 9 hours/day (including 1-hour break)

• 6 days/week

• Rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment

• Common shifts: 9 AM – 5 PM, 10 AM – 6 PM

• Late shifts: 3 PM – 12 AM, 4 PM – 1 AM, 5 PM – 2 AM, 6 PM – 3 AM

• Company-arranged drop-off service available for shifts ending after 9:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries over the phone.

• Provide accurate and timely information and solutions.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Adhere to company communication protocols and policies.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
